It's Yoga Tallinn joogaklubi Vanalinnas saab aastaseks ja kutsub uusi huvilisi sünnipäeva nädalal tasuta tundidesse. Kui sa ei ole varem meie juures käinud, siis sellel nädalal on sul võimalus tulla ja proovida erinevaid tunde.

Tasuta sissepääs uuele õpilasele kehtib vaid ette registreerimisel meie koduleheküljel.

It's Yoga Tallinn on ainuke ametlik The Rocket® joogastuudio Eestis. The Rocket on Ashtanga joogast inspireeritud seeria mille pani kokku It's Yoga kooli asutaja Larry Schultz. Dünaamiline ja kiire tempoga seeria, mis sobib igas tasemes õpilastele, järgides sealjuures jooga traditsioone. Lisaks Ashtanga joogale saab It's Yoga Tallinnas praktiseerida veel seljajoogat ja yin joogat.

Tund võib toimuda nii inglise kui ka eesti keeles vastavalt õpetajale, kui ka vastavalt õpilaste vajadusele. Kui on lisa küsimusi, siis kirjuta meile.

Ashtanga Vinyasa esimene seeria nii nagu seda õpetas Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Siin tunnis on meil kindel pooside järjekord ja tundi on oodatud nii algajad kui edasijõudnud, kuna vastavalt It's Yoga® kooli süsteemile on võimalus kõiki poose modifitseerida vastavalt enda kehale. Keskendume hingamise ja liikumise ühendamisele, et luua hingates liikuv meditatsioon.

Tund kestab 90 minutit mille vältel läbitakse 72 poosi (asanat). Tundi juhendab Liis Sildnik.

It's Yoga Tallinn is celebrating its first birthday and inviting new students to try out our classes for free. Free entrance is valid only for new students and if you register at our homepage! 

It's Yoga Tallinn is the official home of The Rocket® in Tallinn, Estonia. Larry Schultz, the founder of It’s Yoga®, created The Rocket® Routines, a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. The perfect marriage of tempo and sequence. The Rocket® is designed to wake up the nervous system while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice. Besides Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, we also practice yin yoga and Spine Balance.  

The classes are in English or Estonian according to the teachers and the needs of the students.

The first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as traditionally taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This is a fluid class that aims to bring the body into a very particular sequence of postures. The Primary Series is open to beginners and advanced physical levels, while the intention of the class is to learn to link the breath and movement together creating a moving, breathing meditation. At It’s Yoga® we practice with modifications to allow more freedom and discovery in this traditional sequence. Class duration of 90 minutes (72 postures). The class is facilitated by Liis Sildnik.
