“The Rocket® gets you there faster” – Bob Weir
The Rocket® is inspired from the classical Ashtanga Vinyasa series. It is a perfect marriage of tempo and sequence, suitable for all level students. We have lots of opportunities for modifications or going deep and strong for the energy and new lifeforce. The Rocket® is designed to wake up the nervous system, feeding it with precious prana and supporting the practice with free and fun flow.
Rocket® 1 has its focus on the legs, shoulders and abs. Be ready to move a bit faster and get a lot stronger. The poses are from Ashtanga Vinyasa first and second series and is practiced at Mondays and Thursdays.
Rocket® 2 uses the poses from the first three Ashtanga Vinyasa series, focusing in the strength poses, back bending and hip opening. This we practice on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Rocket® 3 is practiced on Friday and is called Happy Hour all over the world to celebrate the week. It contains all the poses used in the It’s Yoga® system. It is also an all-level class and suitable especially to those who like to add some challenge and fun to their practice.

Yin yoga in its essence gives you the possibility to relax, surrender, enjoy the present moment and accept everything that comes up as it is. By allowing your body to remain in silence in each pose you can dive deeper and affect your connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Yin yoga is a very effective way to increase flexibility as the poses are held from 2-6 minutes.
It is a meditative practice with an intention of self-acceptance, kindness and peace of mind. Please make sure you have an extra layer (e.g long sleeves and socks) to put on, as it's normal, that the body temperature is cooling while yin session.

(Modified Primary Series)
Modified Primary Series (MPS) is an intro to all It’s Yoga® classes. Based on the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, we focus on connecting the breath with movement.
This class has a slower tempo and more of a focus on alignment, holding the space for each and every student to find their own modification at their given level, making the practice accessible for all.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Jooga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Jooga Esimene Seeria nii nagu seda traditsiooniliselt õpetas Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, kes oli ühtlasi ka It’s Yoga® kooli asutaja, Larry Schultzi, õpetaja. See on voogav tund, kus keha juhatatakse kindlas järjekorras poosidesse.
Esimene Seeria on avatud nii algajatele, kui ka füüsiliste poosidega edasijõudnutele, hoides samal ajal tunni fookust hingamise ühendamises liikumisega, luues nõnda liikuva ja hingava meditatsiooni. It’s Yoga® Tallinnas (ja ka kõikides teistes It’s Yoga® koolides üle maailma) me praktiseerime koos modifikatsioonidega, et tuua rohkem vabadust ja avastamise rõõmu sellesse traditsioonilisse järjekorda. Tund kestab 90 minutit (72 poosi).

Follow The Yogi
Follow The Yogi is a silence practice without or minimal instructions. You have the opportunity to follow the teacher or go in your own pace. Come as you are, do what feels good. We start with sun-salutations and end in savasana. If you know the poses in between, then just go with the flow and do as many vinyasas as you like.

Spine Balance is an hour long practice suitable for all level students for preventing and helping with back pain. The sequence is made specially for people with back issues or just for strengthening the spine and back muscles. Dynamic movements switching to static poses and connected with Ujjayi breathing will make the sequence an whole.
